1.After I choose to subscribe, how is the payment deducted?
As a subscriber to our subscription service, your payment method will be automatically charged on a recurring basis every month or every two months based on the payment information you provided at checkout. If the payment is successful, your order will be created automatically and you'll continue to receive uninterrupted service. However, if there are any issues with your payment method, such as an expired card or insufficient funds, your subscription will be put on hold and you'll receive an email from us requesting that you update your payment details and pay again.
2.How long is the subscription for choosing monthly and 2 months?
Once you start a subscription, it will continue to subscribe unless you cancel it or we are unable to deduct the payment. You can cancel your subscription anytime.
3.How to cancel my subscriptions?
Step 1: Just login to the my account section from the store and click on "View and edit subscription" button
Step 2: Select the subscription which you would like to cancel, and click on "Manage your Subscription" button.
Step 3: Now, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on "Cancel Subscription" hyperlink, add your reason for cancellation and confirm the cancellation.
4.Can I skip the upcoming order?
Yes, you can follow the below steps to skip your upcoming order.
Step 1: Once you have logged in to your account and have clicked on manage subscriptions, just click on the subscription they are looking to skip.
Step 2: You can click on the "Manage your Subscription" button below any subscription and you will be redirected to the subscription details page where they will see a button for "Skip Subscription".

I have had cats my whole life but my newest edition took the litter box to a place I wasnt familiar with. Seems litters have really changed over the years and the ones I normally go with, could not handle the new cat and her potty needs. After trying 5-6 litters, this is by far the best. Plus it saved our home from the unbearable chemical litter smells! Thank you Pidan!
I tried Pidan because my cat tracks clay and wood shreds everywhere and they're very dusty. Pidan is the least dusty litter I've ever used. It clumps liquids super strong and while the bags are smaller this litter definitely lasts longer. I don't have as much waste or litter breakdown over time as clay, wood or corn. Fixed my cat's aversion to litter texture.
Pidan litter produces way less dust compared to other brands. I still have to sweep around the litter boxes, but the cats aren't tracking litter into our bed anymore, so I'm very happy to have switched to this brand.
I like this product a lot. It really helps my allergies as other litters are very dusty. I like cleaning up little tofu logs that jump out on kitty feet much more than clumpy lumpy stuff on the floor. I also think my home smells neutral! It controls the odor of 3 felines in a one bedroom apartment. No piss smell! No smell when scooping boxes later on either. Traps it and all the moisture! Yay, Japan! Thank you for this great product.
