1.After I choose to subscribe, how is the payment deducted?
As a subscriber to our subscription service, your payment method will be automatically charged on a recurring basis every month or every two months based on the payment information you provided at checkout. If the payment is successful, your order will be created automatically and you'll continue to receive uninterrupted service. However, if there are any issues with your payment method, such as an expired card or insufficient funds, your subscription will be put on hold and you'll receive an email from us requesting that you update your payment details and pay again.
2.How long is the subscription for choosing monthly and 2 months?
Once you start a subscription, it will continue to subscribe unless you cancel it or we are unable to deduct the payment. You can cancel your subscription anytime.
3.How to cancel my subscriptions?
Step 1: Just login to the my account section from the store and click on "View and edit subscription" button
Step 2: Select the subscription which you would like to cancel, and click on "Manage your Subscription" button.
Step 3: Now, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on "Cancel Subscription" hyperlink, add your reason for cancellation and confirm the cancellation.
4.Can I skip the upcoming order?
Yes, you can follow the below steps to skip your upcoming order.
Step 1: Once you have logged in to your account and have clicked on manage subscriptions, just click on the subscription they are looking to skip.
Step 2: You can click on the "Manage your Subscription" button below any subscription and you will be redirected to the subscription details page where they will see a button for "Skip Subscription".
