Please consider the size of this item. This is very bulky and not as sturdy as it may look. I emailed for the return but they were offering 50% of the price back with shipping cost on my end. I only opened it and not even put my cats inside to try because I knew right away that I don’t want it because this is a huge bag for me to wear/carry. I get it if it was a food or litter but for merchandize like this, don’t know why the return policy is this awful. So be aware if you are considering this item.
Ours arrived with scratches on the front piece and now frustrates to have to take the time to rectify. Otherwise it seems great.
THIS has been fantastic for my two brother-kitties; Easy to store, but the kitties sometimes like to sleep in it inside after going out in it for whatever reason; I will be ordering a second one - we’ve a pond with ducks beside our residence and are able to sit together there; I use the backpack feature for walking them for cardio aside from the gym; AND, I’ve received a WEALTH of compliments on it\them in our endeavors together ….. KITTY HEAVEN!
My cats loves it! I took him outside and he able to see what’s happening!
