So I’ve had this for a while now, and it’s like this thing didn’t go through product testing, because every feature and the whole design could make this an amazing product.
The extendable handle is like from a dollar store suitcase. It is so wobbly and flimsy, and doesn’t latch properly when extending it.
The carrier should stay open when unzipped for easy loading of the kitty, but it doesn’t so you need to use one hand to hold it open and another for the cat. There is no dedicated place to use a seatbelt. The top regular handle is so tight it’s really difficult to get a seatbelt through it. And certainly using the seatbelt through the extendable one is a hard no. The light and fan function stopped charging, so that’s useless.
The only thing I guess I don’t have an issue with are the vent doors on the back. Those work well and are pretty convenient.
Overall, I’m pretty disappointed I paid so much for a carrier that mostly doesn’t work as intended.

Looks like a really nice product but you can’t take it on air plane. Why design it like a carry-on? - Opinionated review based on very specific want - product looks great though.

I love it. My cats definitely feel more comfortable here than in other carriers, and it’s easy to wash. I’ll be buying more for each of them, I just wish it opens on a side instead of center but I still love it

The product itself was really nice and thankfully delivered undamaged minus a small scuff or two which is a miracle given the box was open and nearly annihilated. It was also not padded at all which makes it even more of an impressive feat
